Kirjautuminen tapahtumaan

Kirjaudu alla olevalla lomakkeella. Ilmoittamasi tiedot lähetetään tapahtuman järjestäjälle ja ne julkaistaan (yhteystietoja lukuun ottamatta) näillä sivuilla. Mikäli olet varaamassa kahden tai kolmen hengen huonetta, syötä kerralla kaikkien huoneessa asuvien nimet.

Mikäli tietoihin tulee ilmoittautumisen jälkeen muutoksia, ilmoitathan siitä osoitteeseen saunarun(at)skoottericlubi.com.

Ilmoittautuminen vahvistetaan maksamalla osallistumismaksu etukäteen Suomen Skoottericlubin tilille 25.6. mennessä. Vahvistamattomat paikat myydään seuraavana jonossa olevalle tai lopulta käteisellä paikan päällä tulojärjestyksessä. Telttapaikan voit saada myös ilman ennakkoilmoittautumista ja maksua, mutta emme voi taata sinulle tervetuliaispakettia ellet ole ilmoittautunut ajoissa.

Huomioithan, että huone- ja yhteismajoituspaikkoja on rajoitetusti! Muista siis ilmoittautua ajoissa!

Enrollment to the event

Please use this form to register. Your registration will be sent to the organizers and will be published (without contact information) on this page. Please include the names of all the people staying in the same room in one registration form when booking a room for two or three people.

In case your registration information changes after the submission, please inform us via email at saunarun(at)skoottericlubi.com.

You have to ensure your signing up by paying the entrance fee to Finnish Scooter Club's account before 25.6. All the free rooms and other accommodation places are sold in place in the coming order. Tent places are unlimited but if you haven’t paid beforehand we cannot guarantee you the welcoming gift!

Please note that there are limited amount of rooms and places in the dormitory! So don't hesitate and sign up now!
